Session date and time are held to the availability rules shown on the calendar (past dates and specific days marked as booked are unavailable; weekends are available). On WordPress, it can later be replaced with the Amelia or Bookly booking plugin (Phase 3 recommendation), which connects to a real calendar automatically.
